In his spare time, Jake juggles coaching his son’s little league team, serving as a Boy Scouts of America Counselor, playing on city league sports teams, and still finds the time to attend his daughter’s numerous dance recitals. He’s grateful each day for the opportunity to meet new people and help them in pursuing their retirement goals and working toward financial security.
Jake earned his Business Management degree from Brigham Young University in Idaho.
Jake began his financial planning career in Pocatello, Idaho in 2005 under a great mentor that taught him the importance of being an independent advisor with the ability to provide suitable products and services to clients. In December of 2006, he transferred to Bellevue, WA and began to build many of the client relationships he still maintains today. In October 2008, he moved to a banking channel to increase his knowledge base within the banking industry before moving into independent status with Invest Financial Corporation in 2010.
