Stephanie Livingston Alper brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry, with a career rooted in service, integrity, and long-standing client relationships. Beginning her professional journey at the age of 18, Stephanie has built a diverse background across accounting, banking, and financial services, developing a thoughtful and disciplined approach to helping clients navigate complex financial and tax-related decisions.

Stephanie is the owner of Livingston Tax Solutions and has been affiliated with Livingston Financial Group since 2016. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals and businesses, focusing on tax planning and preparation while emphasizing accuracy, organization, and compliance in an ever-changing regulatory environment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Her professional experience includes roles in accounting and financial services with organizations such as RWD Technologies, AmSouth Bank, National Cash Advance, and Fulton Bank, where she served as both Senior Account Manager and Branch Manager. These roles helped shape her commitment to quality client service and long-term relationship building.

Faith and family are central to Stephanie’s life. She currently resides in Elkridge, Maryland, where she cares for her mother, Sharon, and values the time they spend together. Stephanie is also the proud mother of Hannah, who is pursuing an engineering degree at the University of Maryland – College Park. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys staying active and engaged through tennis, golf, and attending the theatre.
