Victor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Lee University, where he built lasting personal and professional relationships, including meeting his wife, Jami Livingston Castillo. After graduating, Victor relocated to Maryland, where he settled in Elkridge and continued to develop both his career and family life.

After exploring a variety of professional paths, Victor found a strong interest in financial and tax-related work, leading him to his current role with Livingston Tax Solutions, where he serves as Tax Liaison and Operations Executive. In this role, he supports operational efficiency, internal processes, and coordination across the firm. Victor is also registered with LPL Financial and works alongside the Livingston Financial Group team in the Owings Mills office.

Victor values ongoing education and regularly pursues learning opportunities across a wide range of disciplines. His professional background includes experience in banking, financial services, sales, marketing, and custom design, contributing to a well-rounded perspective and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
